Since coming to Colorado 1987, I have traveled the West shooting nature in both Black & White and Color. When I shoot I look for the beauty in the geometry I see and then try to capture it in the most perfect light I can find.

On occasion I have waited as long as a year for the right light in the desired season. Also, it should be noted that I never use "colored" filters when recording images in color.

The cameras I use are a mahogany Deardorff 4x5 field camera and a Hasselblad medium format system.
