- Visions in Color-
Visions in Color is the latest collection of paintings by Carol Bowker, A well-known and widely collected artist from the Western Slope of Colorado. Living near the West Elk Mountain range, she is surrounded by natural beauty.  Her landscapes capture the essence of the high country ranch lands, hay fields, horses and buffalo, flanked by majestic mountain vistas. She has exhibited regionally and nationally and won numerous awards.

Her philosophy: "I find verbal expression difficult, yet I've had many people tell me that my paintings"talk" to them! I think people need to be reminded that there are still places in this world that offer peace and tranquility...if I can take the viewer there, even for a moment, then I have been successful as an artist."
