Steve Kentz and his art are part of the mountains. He has lived in Colorado all his life and sculpts his creations from native stone, metals and wood.

What began 25 years ago out of a deep appreciation for the wildlife and environment, has become an all-encompassing personal pursuit and livelihood. This inspiration is visually interpreted in his sculpture as he captures the grace and beauty of a hawk, the strength of a big horned sheep, or the quick quirkiness of a lizard.

His stylistic approach with clean smooth lines, becomes a simple beauty honest and powerful. Collectors throughout the US, Europe and India have purchased and commissioned his work.
